Welcome to HikeTheMountains.net. We specialize in guided hikes, shuttles services, hiker support, wildness photography tours and advice to the outdoor enthusiast.

Programs

We love the outdoors and believe in the power of nature to refresh, encourage, and inspire everyone. Our job is helping outdoor enthusiast explore and experience what nature has to offer. Our services include; guided day, overnight, and multi-day backpacking trips; shuttle services, and all around helpful advice.

Guides

Jim Lumpkins (pictured to the left) is a Wilderness First Responder who lives in Morristown, TN. Jim has hiked all 900 miles in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and belongs to The 900 Miler Club . His outdoor experience include multi-day backpacking trips, raft guiding and has a Music Degree from Virginia Intermont.

Josh Leventhal (pictured to the right) is a volunteer with the Blount County Rescue Squad who lives in Maryville, TN. Josh is a published and award wining nature photographer. Josh’s outdoor experience include nature photography tours, raft guiding and has a Associates Degree from Pellissippi State.
